ORDERING HELP


As usual, I'm changing things in my store. Because we have so many items, it is always easier to order on your laptop instead of your phone.  Use color & type in the search bar NOT length as every zipper can be shortened.

I have sales every 2 or 3 months. To find out about sales, please sign up for the mailing list.  I won't bombard you with junk, but I will pass on interesting tid-bits that I find on marketing your biz.

Home Sewers: You may purchase as few as 1 zipper.

Workrooms:  Please fax me your sales tax license.
                       If you are a Design Concierge Member, put your Member Number in the "Comments" section as               you check out for your 10% discount on orders over $50. 


Shipping: 
     We will continue to ship during the pandemic but PLEASE be patient!
   
     
     Normally, we use the
U.S. Post Office but things are slow at the Post Office.     
     I have taken away the option for 1st Class on orders over $16.  I tracked a package yesterday that went from Colorado to South Dakota to Florida & is now hopefully on it's way to San Diego!

     So,
Priority Mail is more expensive but seems to be taking a more direct route to you.  Timing is around 3-5 days.  Or if you choose, I will ship FedEx to you.  Cost is more expensive than Priority Mail so if you choose Priority Mail, I will call you for a credit card for the difference.  I have great FedEx rates & I will ONLY charge you what they charge me.
     
Canadian Shipping:
     Yes, we ship to Canada & around the world! You can now order on line. I will find the least expensive way to ship depending on the weight & dimensions of your order.  If the website charges you more than the actual cost, I will refund the difference.

ZIPPER EMERGENCIES ship FedEx Air. Orders MUST be placed before 2pm, Colorado Time.  Minimum charge is $56! That is the FedEx charge, not mine.....

Returns:  
We take returns if your zipper is the wrong color:

    1) The zipper may not be changed or altered in any way for a return.

    2) If you change your mind, there is a 25% restocking fee.

    3)  We do not pay for shipping either way.

    4) If we ship the incorrect item, I will issue a call tag so that you may return it in the same box. Upon receipt   of the incorrect item, I will send the ordered zippers.

    5) We take returns UP TO 30 days after your order.


Color Matching:  Please do not rely on your monitor for EXACT color matching.  Please order either the zipper color samples or send me a swatch of your fabric.


Discounts: 

       I have sales every couple of months.  To find out about sales, "like" The Zipper Lady of Facebook, watch my blog, or sign up for my newsletter.


       I don't believe in coupons.  (The game of marking it up so you can give a discount doesn't seem honest to me.)  I'd rather give everyone the best price.  Best price is based on quantities that you order.  Any sale items you might see on the website are overstock, possibly items that are going to be discontinued or my 6 for the price of 5, which gives you the WHOLESALE price without having to buy mass quantities of something you don't want or need.


We are not your normal on-line store!  

     Figuring out the correct zipper for your project takes a lot of knowledge.  I've sewn for a living since 1976, therefore I will give you my best answer.  Someone is usually a call away.


Phone Orders:  There is a minimum charge for phone orders of $10 before shipping.


We are ALWAYS closed  between Christmas Eve & January 2.  Your order will be shipped just as soon as we get home.


It is not uncommon for us to get over 500 emails & 100 phone calls per day.  If you don't hear back from us within 24 hours your email has been lost in the crush, please contact me again.  Texting works too.
