This works on your straight stitch industrial (NOT on a walking foot or dual feed).

Low Shank: 7/8" long

This is my new favorite invisible zipper foot! I use this with #4 invisible.

#5 or #6 invisible I just use my regular zipper foot & stitch in the ditch.

Sam Sloan (Sloanmachinery.com) is working on a #6 invisible foot for me. Similar to this one but with a deeper groove on the bottom to flip up the wider zipper coil on a 5 or 6 invisible.
