Our Personal Guarantee:

If you aren’t happy, we aren’t happy. We strive to make it easy for you to return any unused item. If you are having a problem with a product, e mails us or call us and we’ll take care of it.

Returns:

Return any item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt for an immediate exchange or refund. Non-refundable items include: customized furniture, personalized items, fabric, sale items and shipping charges.

For all other questions, email us at TheZipperLady@gmail.comIf we can not take your call immediately, simply leave a message and one of our representatives will call or e mail you back within 24 hours.

Warranties:

TheZipperLady.com upholds the warranties offered by the artists and manufacturers who craft our products. Because the scope and duration of our manufacturers’ warranties vary, we encourage you to ask a Representative for specific warranty information on products of interMST.

Order by Fax: Please feel free to download these forms to order zipper by way of Fax. Form for invisible zipper, for pillow coil #3, for cushion coil #5.


Shipping Information:

The TheZipperLady.com ships via the US Postal Service and Federal Express within the United States.

Orders sent by Priority Mail should be delivered within 2 - 5 business days (occasionally longer). At times you may have to go to your post office to pick the order up.  Orders sent by Standard Federal Express Ground and should be delivered within 5-10 business days. Packages under 2 lb.. may be sent USPS First Class or Priority Mail. If a specific delivery date is required please Email or Call with your request and we will do our bMST to fulfill it.


Orders will be shipped without the need of a signature, and will be left at the door if no one is home. Please ship to a business/work address or specify in "Special Delivery Instructions" if a signature is required for delivery. The TheZipperLady.com is not responsible for missing or stolen packages. Our customer service office hours are Monday-Friday 9am-6 pm MST and closed Saturdays, Sundays and major holidays.


Order Status:

If you’d like to check the status of your order, we encourage you to refer to your order confirmation where you will find the lead time for the items you ordered. Please note that the lead times reflected are approximate, and are for the production time needed to complete your items. Shipping transit times add one week to your lead time depending on the item shipping method used and destination.

Small items such as accessories and bedding are shipped via FedEx and should be delivered to the specified shipping address within 5-10 days of the lead time noted.

Delivery of furniture may require up to three weeks in transporting and delivering your items safely. You may also check your Order Status (pending) profile for updates on the status of your order. Once an item has been shipped, this information will be reflected in Order Status (pending).

In a Rush:

Express shipping and rush delivery are available on most items. Please call to confirm rates. Orders are typically shipped on the business day following placement of the order. Orders placed on Friday through Sunday are typically shipped the following Tuesday.

To register, we will ask you to provide your name, email address and mailing address. We will use this information to notify you of site changes and provide you with valuable offers from the TheZipperLady.com All newsletters and promotional emails have an "opt-out" feature. When you order products, we will also need your billing and shipping information. This information should be as accurate as possible because we will use it for all contact, billing and shipping purposes.

Because your privacy is top priority at the TheZipperLady.com, we use the most secure transaction software available. All credit card orders on the TheZipperLady.com are processed on a secure server. Any credit card or other personal information you provide the TheZipperLady.com is protected by encryption.
