Home Sewers: You may purchase as few as 1 zipper.

We try to ship PRIORITY MAIL the same day on orders placed by NOON Colorado time. If I have a lot of orders, or I'm putting invisible zipper pulls on for you, it might be the next day. Priority Mail takes 2-3 days to most addresses in the States. Hawaii & Alaska take another day or so. If you order Thursday or Friday, your order will arrive on Monday in most locations.
Please Note: We are ALWAYS closed between Christmas Eve & January 2. Your order will be shipped just as soon as we get home.
Yes, shipping is getting more expensive & increased again in January, 2017 for mail. Priority Mail for small amounts of zipper is the least expensive way to ship.
For orders over 9 lbs., I ship FedEx ground. Yes, FedEx & UPS seem to be increasing their fees every 6 months or so. Am happy to ship on your FedEx account if you are a current customer.
Canadian shipping: Yes, we ship to Canada & around the world! To place your order, please call or email. I will find the least expensive way to ship depending on the weight & dimensions of your order.
ZIPPER EMERGENCIES ship FedEx Air. Do not order on line, but pick up the phone & call me!
Minimum charge is $56! That is the FedEx charge, not mine.....
We take returns if your zipper is the wrong color:
1) The zipper may not be changed or altered in any way for a return.
2) If you change your mind, there is a 25% restocking fee.
3) We do not pay for shipping either way.
4) If we ship the incorrect item, I will issue a call tag so that you may return it in the same box. Upon receipt of the incorrect item, I will send the ordered zippers.
5) We take returns UP TO 30 days after your order.
Color Matching: Please do not rely on your monitor for EXACT color matching. Please order either the zipper color samples or send me a swatch of your fabric.

I don't believe in coupons. (The game of marking it up so you can give a discount doesn't seem honest to me.) I'd rather give everyone the best price. Best price is based on quantities that you order. Any sale items you might see on the website are overstock, possibly items that are going to be discontinued or my 6 for the price of 5, which gives you the WHOLESALE price without having to buy mass quantities of something you don't want or need.
We are not your normal on-line store! Figuring out the correct zipper for your project takes a lot of knowledge. I've sewn for a living since 1976, therefore I will give you my best answer. Someone is usually a call away.
It is not uncommon for us to get over 500 emails & 100 phone calls per day. If you don't hear back from us within 24 hours your email has been lost in the crush, please contact me again. Texting works too.
